The MNA visit
The length of the visit will be a reflection of the size of the school and the number of departments or learning areas to be reviewed.
What will be needed?
The School Relationship Manager will need to meet with
- Principal's Nominee
- HoDs (3-4?)
- Senior staff /management team
And will need to review documentation covering:
- school-level documentation:
- Assessment Policy
- Record keeping
- Record-keeping Procedures
- department-level documentation:
- Course outlines and/or assessment statements provided to students
- samples of assessment material
- evidence of the quality assurance processes used
- analysis of previous years' results
- example of how students' results are recorded
- external moderation reports from the previous year and evidence of follow-up action
