What documents do I need for registration?

The Registration Application Form (see below) contains a checklist of required documents.
It is important that the application contains all required documentation so that NZQA can process it in a timely manner. If key information is missing when the application is received, it will be returned and will not be passed onto an evaluator until the required information is submitted in full.
