How do I notify NZQA of a significant change?
This section answers these questions:

A representative of the organisation's governing body must notify NZQA in writing of any proposed significant provider change
using the Notification of Significant Provider Change pack (see below). This
notification
must include:
- a full list of significant change or changes proposed
- precise details as to when or how the changes will occur
- an attestation that the organisation has considered, and is managing, the impact of the changes on its primary stakeholders (ie learners)
- In the case of a change of ownership, the sale and purchase agreement, and a joint statement by the organisation and prospective purchaser.
The notification must include supporting evidence to prove that, despite the proposed change, the organisation or course continues to meet all registration, accreditation or approval requirements.
The notification pack indicates the documents that organisations might wish to submit to NZQA.
