4 August 2010: the consultation paper and the questionnaire below have been updated to include three additional consultation questions.
NZQA is consulting with institutes of technology and polytechnics (ITPs), wānanga, private training establishments (PTEs), and government training establishments (GTEs) on proposals to use incentives and sanctions in the quality assurance framework to drive quality improvements.
